Great place to get a good massage! The place is very clean with professional staff. I had a problem with my neck and shoulders and the firm massage really helped a lot.

Why You Should Get a Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage or "Nuad-Bo-Rarn" is one of the world's oldest ways to keep body and mind healthy and balanced. About 2,500 years ago, the originally Indian technique was spread throughout South-East Asia via the Buddhist religion. For centuries it was performed by Thai monks as part of traditional Thai medicine. And now we can benefit and enjoy in the West as well.
Thai Massage combines the application of pressure -done with hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, feet, and knees- with stretching of muscles to improve overall health and well-being.
The Proven Benefits
-
It improves blood circulation, reduces heart rate, and reduces edema.
-
It improves muscle strength, reduces muscle tension, removes lactic acids from muscle mass, relaxes the tendons, improves elasticity, and reduces stiffness.
-
It reduces pain and improves the feeling of the skin.
-
It improves the function of the internal organs such as the stomach, intestine, etc. and increases the elasticity of the digestive tract.
-
It improves the depth of breathing
-
... and perhaps the most important, it offers relaxation and a "zen moment" in an active and often stressful life.
